We know that when you secure a new piece of gear for your collection—whether it is the Skippy Replica or a set of Enamel Pins—you want it fast and in pristine condition. To ensure "Precision in Every Process," here is exactly how we handle shipping operations across our Asia storefront.

Order Processing Time

  • The Turnaround: All standard orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

  • Launch Days & Pre-Orders: During high-volume drops for franchises like Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher, or during exclusive event periods like the Hong Kong Comic Con, processing may take up to 5 business days. Pre-order estimated shipping dates will always be clearly listed on the product page.

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another containing your tracking information the moment your loot leaves our warehouse.

Regional Shipping Zones & Rates

We fulfill orders across the Asia-Pacific region. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your premium replicas and accessories.

  • Local Hub Delivery (Hong Kong):

    • Standard Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • East Asia (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan):

    • Standard International (5-7 business days)

    • Express International (2-4 business days)

  • Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.):

    • Standard International (6-10 business days)

    • Express International (3-5 business days)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that Zing Pop Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Because our operations bridge the gap between Western and Eastern markets, international border protocols and fees will vary by country. We highly recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering large, heavy-duty items like the Thermal Katana.

Tracking Your Artifacts

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. It may take up to 24-48 hours for the courier's system to update. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, reach out to our support team so we can investigate.

Damages and Lost Packages

"Crafted for the True Collector" means we take our packaging seriously. We want to ensure every piece holds true to the universes you love. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Step 1: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Step 2: Contact us immediately at [sing@zing.toys] with clear photos of the damage and your order number.

  • Step 3: We will work with you to file a claim and ensure your collection gets the flawless item it deserves.

For lost packages marked as "Delivered," please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact our team directly.
